Specialty Pizza of the Week: “The Armenian Grilled Chicken Special”.  Grilled Chicken rubbed with the Armenian spice blend Chaimen along with Grilled Red Peppers and Onions. The aroma will be something you have not experienced unless you have been to an Armenian’s home and they served you basturma. The spice blend has some kick, but I would not put it in the category of spicy, especially with the cheese from the pizza balancing it out.
