Rose Penzone, age 95, of Massapequa, New York passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 28, 2022. Rose was born January 31, 1927. Beloved wife of the late Thomas. She is survived by her son Joseph (Debra) Penzone and her daughter Rosanne (Mark) Harutunian. Cherished grandmother of TJ, Rick and Danielle (Joe) Ortiz. Fond great grandmother of Mikey, Lilah and Violet. Adored Aunt of LuAnn (Ben) Barlin and Emily, Danny (Cindy) Toomey and Joseph (Mary) Toomey. Rose was a devoted and loving mother and wife. She had a warm smile, sharp wit and anyone who met her loved her. Rose’s family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to the beautiful and loving women Judith, Maria, Dian and Inez, who over the past 13 years cared for her. We are forever grateful that Rose felt their love and kindness during her final days. In Lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to the Alzheimer’s Association in memory of Rose Penzone.
