Description

His Areni’s Dry Red Areni is made from Estate grown grapes. The high elevation and volcanic soil of the vineyards produce rich and complex wines.

The 2016 Areni is a medium bodied wine. Cherry and pomegranate fruit on the nose, floral elements as the wine opens up.  On the palate, more red fruits and herbal tones. Similar to the 2015, this is a nicely balanced wine with fruit, light tannin and acidity all working together.

Like a Pinot Noir, is a lighter wine – try with cheese and poultry dishes.
